You can change or cancel your appointment without a charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.

How can I let you know I need to cancel or change my appointment?

Will there be a fee if I cancel too late or don't show up?

Yes, a full fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and half of the treatment cost will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours.
